Intro to MyStacks

MyStacks is the companion platform to Interstacks. It allows data from a stack to be viewed on any device that supports Chrome, Safari, or Edge browsers. A suite of data visualization and analysis features enable organizations to instantly detect and respond to day-to-day issues, while tracking and increasing productivity over the long-term.

Key features

MyStacks offers access to real-time and historical data anywhere, anytime. Maximize productivity by customizing dashboards to display data insights specific to your teams’ particular roles. Reduce maintenance costs by creating real-time alerts that trigger based on specific data thresholds.

Customize your view

  • Select from a menu of 20+ data visualization ‘widgets’ to construct your dashboards
  • Re-arrange and re-size widgets. Layouts are saved and displayed by screen size (phone, tablet, desktop)
  • Choose your own colors and labels when displaying data

Control your data

  • Connect data streams, referred to as ‘tags’, to widgets on your dashboard for visualization and comparison on your preferred devices
  • Create triggers that send text/email alerts, based on conditions that you define
  • Export data to CSV files for sharing or use in spreadsheets
  • All data sent to a dashboard is timestamped and saved in a database for future use

Scale your business

  • Create as many dashboards as you need
  • Easily organize multiple dashboards into hierarchical groups that fit your org structure
  • Create organizations, or groups of users, and control who can access which dashboards and data sources

Logging in for the first time

To begin, you will need to navigate to MyStacks.interstacks.com in your Chrome, Safari, or Edge web browser, and enter your MyStacks username and password. This can be created by your MyStacks administrator, or by your Interstacks support engineer by contacting info@interstacks.com

On your first log in you may see either a blank dashboard page, or a starter dashboard that your administrator has created for you.
